Bruntwood’s plans for three new office buildings totalling 190,000 sq ft at Booths Park in Knutsford have been given the go-ahead by Cheshire East Council.
The offices will be arranged in one two-storey and two three-storey blocks, built on brownfield land now in use as a car park.
Construction will begin once the first building is pre-let.
Bruntwood development director Chris Roberts said: “This is great news for the significant number of companies from the knowledge industry that we want to locate in Cheshire East, as well as our existing customers who we know require additional space over the next few years.
“We strongly believe that this expansion will result in significant economic benefits for Knutsford, including helping to further boost business for local traders.”
Bruntwood bought the site in 2004.
Bruntwood is advised by planning consultants Indigo Planning, architects BDP, transport planning specialists Vectos and economic development and regeneration consultancy Regeneris.
