Mobile accessory distributor Kondor has bought a 2.35-acre site from Terrace Hill Group in Dorset, for a new warehouse.
As part of the deal at Christchurch business park, Terrace Hill will develop a 59,740 sq ft shed for the company. A similar £5m deal between the pair was agreed at the same park in 2010.
The latest deal at the nine-acre site means that 90% of Terrace Hill’s scheme is now sold and occupied.
Nigel Wakefield, development director of Terrace Hill, said: “This latest sale and development deal is further testament to the success of Christchurch Business Park, which is now nearly fully occupied.”
Construction is due to start later this month with completion expected in October 2013. It will be used for owner occupation.
Goadsby and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Terrace Hill; Kondor was unrepresented.
