Niche agency Kontor has hired Sam Dawson from serviced office broker Instant Offices.
The appointment is designed to give the creative, media and tech specialist firm a growing capacity to advise companies seeking flexible leases.
Kontor was co-founded by former CBRE agents Luke Appleby and James Townsend.
Dawson is the second fee-earner to join the firm which is growing rapidly with instructions in London and Berlin.
Appleby said: “Kontor has been getting more and more requirements through the door every day from businesses that don’t want to be locked into the traditional lease structures currently offered by the wider property sector.
“Now is the perfect time to bring a specialist in house who can build relationships with these growing businesses.”
