Kontorbygg in Oslo fund

Kontorbygg Holding, a Norwegian consortium of private individuals, is to fund NCC’s SKr540m Svrkedalsveien 6 project in Oslo.

Swedish company NCC will build a new 17,500m2 office building at the site, which it acquired last year from Norway’s biggest industrial company, Hydro.

KPMG, which occupied the building on the site, is to take space in the new development and it will pay an annual rent of NKr42m. NCC say the deal gives them a profit of SKr70.2m.

Meanwhile, in Hamburg, NCC has sold Kielerstrasse 143-147 to German open-ended fund DGI for SKr200m. The price reflects a 6.5% yield.

The 10,000m2 property is let to Compaq and Accor.
