Korea’s National Pension Service has completed its £1.21bn purchase of 5 Broadgate, EC2, the UK headquarters of investment bank UBS.
CK Asset Holdings said its sale of the building, on British Land’s Broadgate campus, would let it “unlock the underlying value of its investment in the property and capture a sizeable disposal gain”. The company bought the asset for £1bn in 2018.
Colliers, which advised CK Asset Holdings, said the deal is the largest in London other than the sale of the Walkie Talkie, EC3, in 2017.
