Kosy Living hires new managing director

Kosy Living has appointed Mark Hughes as managing director. Hughes is responsible for leading the group in all sectors – BTR, co-living, PBSA, and later co-living.

Mark Hughes

Hughes was previously managing director of Crosslane Residential Living for eight years. He will now lead Kosy Living in the delivery of its residential developments and growing pipeline.

The firm is set to deliver a range of developments across the UK with projects lined up in Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Cambridge, London, Surrey, Cardiff, and other locations. This includes Brighton’s first co-living urban village – with more than 400 studios across three adjacent sites – and Bath’s first purpose-built co-living scheme.

Paul Brundell, chief executive at Kosy Living, said that Hughes “brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across the residential sectors, and will be instrumental in the delivery of our schemes and growing our portfolio”.
