Kvaerner, the Norwegian engineering group, which owns Trafalgar House, yesterday stepped up its campaign against VAI, which it has accused of industrial espionage at Kvaerner UK subsidiary Davy International, the metals processing business. It issued writs against two directors of the Austrian company which has vowed to fight the action.
