KWE buys Italian assets

Kennedy-Wilson-logo-THUMB.jpegKennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate has bought nine offices in Italy for £137.3m – a net initial yield of 6.3%.

The 1.1m sq ft portfolio is fully let to the Italian government, with all leases due to expire in December 2022.

The portfolio is owned by KWE’s Olimpia Investment Fund and will be managed by Savills Investment Management SGR.
