Kyle Stewart Properties has bought the 3.7-acre Nelco site on Guildford Road, Farnham in Surrey, for around £3m. The purchaser will start work immediately on a 36,000-sq ft anchor store prelet to Texas Homecare at £11 per sq ft.
Pet City has take a further 10,000 sq ft, while a 7,500-sq ft unit is still available at the scheme, which will be completed in October. John Clare advised Nelco. Christopher Glanfield Associates acted for Kyle on the purchase and lettings and is retained with DTZ Debenham Thorpe on funding. Weatherall Green & Smith represented Pet City.
