Mark Creedy is stepping down as managing director of Legal & General Property at the end of 2007.
Creedy will remain as managing director with full responsibility until a successor is appointed, and may take on different responsibilities within the business after this time.
Legal & General Investment Management chief executive Peter Chambers has confirmed that a replacement will be sought in the new year.
