L&G sells Cambridge business park

 


Three office buildings that form part of Cambourne Business Park in Cambridge have been bought by Middle Eastern capital advised by WW Advisors in a new joint venture with Alpha Tiger Property Trust.


Legal & General Investments sold the 103,000 sq ft Phase 1000 of Cambourne Business Park for £23m. Alpha Real Capital will now asset manage the portfolio.


The development has been masterplanned to provide more than 750,000 sq ft of business space and is currently home to more than 1,500 employees.


WW Advisors is a Kuwaiti-backed, UK-based company providing specialised real estate investment advisory and financing advisory services throughout Europe. Alpha Tiger Property Trust is an Alpha Real Capital managed fund, which targets investment and development opportunities in real estate.
