Legal & General Property has signed three new tenants at its Covent Garden estate, WC2.
At Centric House, 390 Strand, marketing agency Ledger Bennett has taken 1,390 sq ft on the first floor. Recruitment firm Caselton Clark has taken the 1,045 sq ft third floor. They are paying £36.50 per sq ft and £37.50 per sq ft respectively.
Meanwhile, at Bedford House, 2-3 Bedford Street, online credit card processing company Merchant Hub has signed for the 1,045 sq ft third floor at £30 per sq ft.
The offices form part of LGP’s 210,000 sq ft mixed-use portfolio in Covent Garden.
Simon Lee, director at CBRE, which acted for the landlord alongside Hanover Green, said: “LGP continues to actively manage and reduce voids on its Covent Garden estate by attracting some great new tenants. Its ability to offer flexible terms and to transact quickly has led to these latest deals.”
Ledger Bennett and Caselton Clark were unrepresented; Quintessentially Estates acted for Merchant Hub.
