Legal & General Assurance Society has bought 103/108 Whitgift Mall and 60/70 North End in central Croydon for £50.5m, a 4.8% initial yield.
L&G, advised by Churston Heard, bought the 70,000 sq ft retail block from Scottish Mutual Assurance, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe.
