London & Paris Estates has let the Colonades shopping centre, in Bath, to BHS. Miss Selfridge and Olivers, the two occupiers, are seeking new premises in Bath. BHS’s store size will be increased to (45,000 sq ft) 4,181 sq m.
The interior of the Colonades will be stripped out, escalators relocated and improved and new lifts installed. BHS will retail from all three floors and it will have an entrance directly on to the prime shopping pitch in Stall Street.
