Laing O’Rourke has signed up to become the first tenant at the T3 office development, on Trinity Park, close to Birmingham Airport.
The construction company is to occupy over 17,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the 49,300 sq ft office block, owned by private clients of Credit Suisse.
A rent of £19.75 per sq ft has been agreed on a 10-year lease.
Laing O’Rourke’s Gavin Scarr-Hall, said: “It’s exceptionally well positioned for access and a huge plus was that it’s just over a mile from our current Birmingham offices, offering minimal disruption for our staff.”
The first and second floors at T3 remain available offering a total of 32,040 sq ft.
However, half of the first floor (8,010 sq ft) is said to be under offer.
