FINANCE: Lakehouse, which specialises in upgrading social housing, schools and hospitals, has announced a price of 89p per share for its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange.
This price sets the market capitalisation of the company at £140.2m.
The offer will raise gross proceeds of around £60m, comprising around £30m from the issue of new shares and £30m from the sale of existing shares by selling shareholders.
