Land & Property Trust has completed backing for its 50,000-sq ft office development, Litton House, Goswell Road, EC1, with an £18m limited recourse loan from Security Pacific. Deputy chairman Lawrence Bloom said that serious inquiries had come in for the whole building, which will be ready in about two years.
