NP Automotive Coatings has acquired a 0.53 ha (1.3 acre) site on Britannia Group’s business park in Radway Way, Stratton Street, Swindon in Wiltshire. The purchase price for the freehold front corner site equates to around £300,000 per acre.
The company is to use the site for future expansion. As yet no plans have been submitted for the site. The remaining 2.67 hectares (6.6 acres) are available at the quoting price of £300,000 per acre.
