Land Securities has pre-let a further 3,038 sq m (32,700 sq ft) at Caxtongate in Birmingham, West Midlands. The 9,755 sq m (105,000 sq ft) retail centre is located on the junction of New Street and Corporation Street. The lettings to tenants including Levi Strauss, JD Sports and Ciro Cittero, have left the centre, 90% let. Fashion retailer Jane Norman is opening its first shop outside the South East and Gap and Accessorize are opening their first Birmingham stores.
