LandAid names Midlands chair

Real estate industry charity LandAid has named a new chair of its Midlands board.

Dan Mulligan, a partner at Glenn Howells Architects, takes over from Rupert Wood, head of strategic land at iSec UK.

He will lead a board that also includes Michelle Adams of Squire Patton Boggs, Gurjit Atwal and Owen Dutton from Eversheds Sutherland, Stephen Brandsma from Gleeson Recruitment Group, Arup’s Asha Devi, Damian Lloyd of Avison Young, Tom Johnson from Pinsent Masons, Jessica Vincent at Cordia Blackswan and St Modwen Logistics’ Richard Hickman.

The Midlands arm of the charity is holding its first in-person SleepOut event in Birmingham’s Mailbox on 10 March, raising funds for its Live & Work scheme, which will see a disused block converted into 52 units of accommodation for homeless young people.
