IT business Landesk has signed for 15,000 sq ft at Goodman’s 3 Arlington Square in Bracknell.
Landesk has agreed a 10-year lease with a fifth year break, at a rent of £18.50 per sq ft.
The firm is the fifth tenant to move into the 67,315 sq ft building in the past 18 months. It joins companies including Avent UK and Broadcom.
Colliers International advised Landesk; Jones Lang LaSalle and Strutt & Parker advised Goodman.
Christopher Barrs, JLL’s director office agency, said: “With a large proportion of 2011 Bracknell take-up accounted for on Arlington Square, another deal in January points to another good year for Goodman in Bracknell.”
