Landmark gets go-head for hospital site

Landmark Estates has achieved plconstruction-site-generic-THUMB.jpeganning permission for the regeneration of a former hospital in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, a project that will have a GDV of around £3.5m.

The NHS vacated the site in 2007 and it will now be converted into 15 homes, including 11 flats and four bungalows.

Work is scheduled to begin in the next few months and is estimated to be completed by the second quarter of 2016.
