Landmark review for Liverpool offices

Herring Baker Harris is claiming a landmark rent review with implications for secondhand 1970s office space in Liverpool. An independent expert has arrived at a total rent of £202,000 pa for 29,788 sq ft of offices and 3,509 sq ft of storage space leased by Ralli Bros & Coney at Ralli House, Old Hall Street.

According to HBS, Ralli’s adviser, the review takes effect from last December and produces a figure of between £6.15 per sq ft and £6.35 per sq ft.

The 1977 building’s other tenant is Littlewoods, whose lease is subject to review from March this year. Nelson Bakewell acted for landlord Versteegh.
