Land Securities has hired its first leasing director for central London, as part of the recent shake-up of the business.
Graham Hayman joins from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was director responsible for real estate and facilities for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
A former partner in Knight Frank’s corporate real estate and office agency, he has been brought in by Mike Hussey, new managing director of LandSec’s London portfolio.
Hayman will focus on preletting major London schemes such as Cardinal Place, SW1, and New Street Square, EC4.
