Land Securities has acquired the freehold interest in the Novotel hotel in Hammersmith, W6, for £8m.
The REIT bought the freehold after an off-market approach to the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
The hotel and car park are let on a lease to Accor UK Business & Leisure for a further 79 years.
Land Securities owned the long leasehold interest.
