Land Securities has confirmed 95,000 sq ft of lettings at Cardinal Place, London SW1.
Advertising company Inter Public Group (IPG) agreed the largest deal, signing up for 37,250 sq ft on the fifth floor of the 80 Victoria Street building.
IPG, advised by Cushman and Wakefield, took the balance of the fifth floor, where executive search firm Christian & Timbers is based, on a 15-year lease at £61 per sq ft.
Ruffer, a management investment firm, has secured the remaining 22,100 sq ft on the seventh floor.
On the fourth floor, management consultants Cambridge Associates have taken 26,600 sq ft on the fourth floor and telecoms company AT&T has secured 9,100 sq ft at £63 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
All of the leases reflect terms between 10 and 15 years and rental level range from between £55 per sq ft to £64 per sq ft.
CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle advised Land Securities. CBRE also advised Ruffer and AT&T. Savills advised Cambridge Associates.
