Landsec has let the final 10,000 sq ft at its Nova office development in Victoria, SW1.
Nord Anglia Education, which operates 56 international schools across 27 countries, has signed for a 10-year lease on the fourth floor of its Nova South building.
The company will join occupiers Vitol, Brambles, BHP Billiton, Egon Zehnder and LEK Consulting.
The leasing deal means the development, measuring around 728,000 sq ft across three buildings – Nova North, Nova South and The Nova Building – is now fully let.
Matt Flood, commercial director at Landsec, said: “It’s fantastic to see Victoria established both as a hub for world-class businesses and a thriving community for people to live, work and socialise.”
Landsec was represented by Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield. Nord Anglia was advised by Morgan Pryce.
