Landsec replaces Cineworld with Vue in new leases

Landsec has signed new deals with Vue cinema at Tower Park in Poole and Xscape in Castleford, Yorkshire, replacing Cineworld following its restructuring process. The Vue in Tower Park, Poole will cover 44,606 sq ft, while the one in Castleford will cover 52,000 sq ft. The deals come after a successful month for UK cinemas, contributing to a rise in year-on-year sales across Landsec’s current portfolio of 26 cinemas.
