Land Securities Trillium is to develop a £12m print facility in Fforestfach, Swansea, for the DVLA.
The 52,000 sq ft building, on Felinfach commercial estate, will be complete in September 2007.
LandSec Trillium signed a 20-year, £30m PFI contract to refurbish DVLA’s 1m sq ft portfolio in 2005.
