Land Securities has secured approval for its Nova Place and Nova East schemes to develop a library, flats and offices in Victoria.
The application for sites at Bressenden Place, Victoria Street and Allington Street, SW1, forms part of the Victoria Transport Interchange 2 development masterplan.
At Nova Place, plans have been approved for the construction of a part six, seven and 10-storey building for 42 flats, 25% of which are expected to be affordable, and a library on a 25-year lease, provided at a peppercorn rent to Westminster City Council.
The second site, Nova East, comprises a 16-storey block to deliver 225,999 sq ft of offices.
Gerald Eve advised on planning.
