Land Securities has unveiled an artists’ impression of the 70,000sq ft Primark store which will open next year at its Livingston shopping destination The Centre.
Primark is to open one of its biggest Scottish stores at the centre, spanning three storeys.
The arrival of Primark will take expand The Centre to offer more than 1m sq ft of retail.
LandSec said its deal with Primark followed “overwhelming public demand” to bring the retailer to the town.
The new store, which opens in spring 2012, will be the latest addition to Primark’s portfolio of 200 stores across mainland Europe.
