St Modwen Logistics has appointed Mike Roberts as portfolio management and investment director.
Roberts joins from Landsec, where he was senior portfolio manager, and will take up his new role at the start of November. He will be tasked with meeting St Modwen’s target of adding 2m sq ft to its portfolio each year.
MD Polly Troughton said: “Mike is joining St Modwen Logistics at an exciting time for the business as we look to advance our Big Box and Urban logistics portfolio growth ambitions, adding nearly 2m sq ft of floorspace to our portfolios on an annual basis, as well as sourcing new complementary investment opportunities. Mike’s experience blended with his knowledge of investment and occupational markets will help us to maximise performance across our portfolios.”
Roberts said: “I look forward to joining St Modwen Logistics and leading the portfolio and investment function, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the ambitious growth plans.”
