Lansdowne Property Auctions sold 11 of the 13 lots offered at its most recent sale, raising £2.5m.
The 85% success rate partly reflects a strong showing before and after the auction – six lots were sold prior to the sale and only two went in the room.
In line with previous auctions, several of the properties offered were in Haringey, N4.
Two studio flats in Salisbury Road, with assured shorthold tenancies bringing incomes of £9,000 pa and £7,000 pa, are still available for £120,000.
The auction was held on 30 July at the Connaught hotel, W1.
