Casino giant Las Vegas Sands has revealed plans to build a 500,000 sq ft shopping centre in Macao.
The Cotai Strip, which will also comprise a 2,000-bedroom Raffles hotel and a 3,000-bedroom Conrad Hilton hotel, is scheduled to open next year.
It was unveiled at the ICSC’s global retail real estate convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, this week. More than 50,000 retailers, developers and agents from across the globe attended the conference, which looks at the latest trends in the retail world.
