LaSalle Investment Management has completed the purchase of Pontarddulais retail park, Swansea, on behalf of BAE Systems 2000.
The 80,000 sq ft scheme, which is four miles north west of the city centre on the A483 Pontarddulais Road, was sold by Aegon UK Property Fund.
It has nine tenants including M&S Simply Food, Pets at Home, Argos, Laura Ashley, and DSG. In addition, two lettings have just concluded with Hobby Craft and discount store chain Poundworld.
