LaSalle Investment Management has completed a letting with B&M Retail in Swindon.
LaSalle has signed a 10-year lease with B&M for the 15,000 sq ft store, which is one of the two retail warehouses LaSalle manage on Country Road, Swindon.
Shaun Reed at LaSalle Investment Management said: “We are delighted with this letting at the estate, being the second surrender and new letting we’ve completed following an earlier deal with Go Outdoors to take a 15-year lease for around 30,000 sq ft.”
