LaSalle Investment Management has appointed Karim Habra to the new role of head of continental Europe.
He was previously head of France at LaSalle and will continue to be based in Paris. Habra will be responsible for the acquisitions, asset management and fund management teams across all of continental Europe.
LaSalle’s Continental European business has a presence in eight different countries and employs more than 80 people in western and central Europe.
Habra will continue to report into the chief executive for Europe, Simon Marrison.
Marrison said: “The decision to change the structure of our continental European business is to make it consistent with our pan-European funds; we also expect this to drive even further collaboration between our teams, and maximise the expertise in each country.”
