LaSalle Investment Management has sold the freehold interest of the Porsche Centre, Silverstone to Lodge Road Partnership for £4.59m.
The deal represents a net initial yield of 4.85% and a minimum reversion to 5.6% in 2008.
The 18,000 sq ft Northamptonshire property includes a car showroom, completed in September, offices and 61 car parking spaces.
Singer Vielle acted on behalf of the vendor. Drivers Jonas acted on behalf of the purchaser.
