Last call for amateur jockeys

The final call is out for amateur jockeys to saddle up in The Property Race Day at Ascot on July 11.

The opportunity to bolt out of the gate astride a horse at the racetrack doesn’t come along very often, so would-be riders get galloping on this unique chance to race a straight mile in one of the biggest events in the property industry calendar.

To take part entrants will need to find a horse and raise £5,000 for the event’s official charities: Hope & Homes, Project Hope, LandAid and Wellchild.

An enthusiastic few have already signed up but more are needed to complete the field, and earn the cheers of colleagues, friends and family.

Property Race Day attracts some 1,000 people for a boozy lunch, a flutter or two, networking and general hijinks. Last year’s event raised more than £200,000 for charity.

There are also sponsorship opportunities available, joining companies including Helical Bar, Darbys, Close Property Finance, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Long Harbour, Foundation Developments, Taylor Wessing and Signature Capital Limited.
