Lastminute.com has confirmed it has taken 23,000 sq ft at Derwent London’s Johnson Building, EC1.
The online company will relocate to the third floor at 77 Hatton Garden. It is paying £42.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease, with a five-year break option.
It moves from British Land’s 39 Victoria Street, SW1.
