Clarion Housing’s development arm Latimer and housebuilder Hill have acquired a £55m residential development to the west of Cambridge.
The site in the village of Hardwick, six miles from the city centre, has outline consent for 155 homes. Some 40% of the homes will be affordable tenures, with 43 shared ownership and 19 affordable rent homes.
Hill is expected to start construction in Q4 2020, pending detailed planning consent.
