Latsis Group submits plans for £100m mixed scheme in London’s Mayfair

The Latsis Group, owned by Greek shipping tycoon John Latsis, is to spend £100m on the redevelopment of a 1.4 acre site in London’s Mayfair district as a commercial and residential scheme.

Latsis has submitted an application to redevelop the site, bounded by Park Lane, Curzon Street, Derby Street and Pitts Head Mews, as 11,570 sq m (124,539 sq ft) of offices and 9,776 sq m (80,665 sq ft) of residential space.

The two office buildings planned for the new scheme will replace the unlisted buildings currently on the site. A terrace of listed buildings will be restored and converted for use as apartments. If the scheme wins consent, the development will be completed in 2001.
