The development, in Jamestown Road, Camden, provides 1,858m2 (20,000 sq ft) of office space to be occupied by London & Argyll, and will also include 14 apartments. Blenheim Bishop introduced the development opportunity to Barratt and will act as sole agent on the scheme.
