Bristol law firm Burges Salmon is looking for a new 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) HQ in the city.
It has appointed FPDSavills and Gleeds as property consultant and project manager respectively to advise on its move from Narrow Quay House in Bristol city centre.
Burges Salmon’s 530 staff presently occupy 90,000 sq ft (8,361 sq m), but the firm could reach 900 staff by 2010 when its lease runs out.
It is looking for grade A office accommodation on a single site in Bristol.
The Ministry of Defence recently launched its own search for 1.3m sq ft (120,770 sq m) of space in Bristol to accommodate 6,000 personnel from the Defence Logistics Organisation.
