Law firm confirms move to Brindleyplace

Solicitor Beachcroft Wansbroughs (BW) has taken 2,320 sq m (25,000 sq ft) for its new headquarters at Brindleyplace in Birmingham.

In another vote of confidence for Argent’s flagship development, the law firm has relocated from Temple Street, part of the city’s traditional office district, to occupy the third and fourth floors of the recently completed Nine Brindleyplace.

Paul Murray BW’s regional senior partner said: “What particularly impressed us about Brindleyplace was the quality of buildings and a location which is both central and highly accessible.”

BW was advised by Richard Ellis St Quintin while Brindleyplace was represented by GVA Grimley.

The announcement confirms a story which ran on EGi in May.
