Helical and Ashby Capital have let a floor at their JJ Mack Building at 33 Charterhouse Street, EC1, to law firm Three Crowns.
The arbitration specialist will take 15,484 sq ft on the eighth floor on a 15-year lease, leaving its offices at New Fetter Place, EC4, in early 2025.
Three Crowns will join tenants including supermarket group J Sainsbury, which has taken the first, second, and third floors of the building; Partners Group on the sixth and seventh; and Corio Generation on the ninth. The building is now 67% occupied.
Helical chief executive Gerald Kaye said there is “strong interest” in the remaining space.
CBRE, Knight Frank and Clifford Chance advised Helical. Cushman & Wakefield and Bristows advised Three Crowns.
