Law firm signs for Leeds and Nottingham offices

Legal and professional services firm Knights has taken 20,000 sq ft at the Majestic in Leeds and 9,000 sq ft at Embankment House in Nottingham to support its expansion in the regions.

Knights will join Channel 4 at the Majestic, which is being redeveloped by Rushbond. It will relocate its commercial client operations to the office following its acquisition of law firm Shulmans in March. Knights will take occupation of two floors of the building in January 2021.

In Nottingham, the law firm will relocate 110 employees into the 60,000 sq ft Embankment House on Riverside Business Park in October, following its acquisition of Fraser Brown Solicitors earlier this year.

Knights will join the Ministry of Justice, which occupies 40,000 sq ft on the first and second floors of the building, and St James Place, which occupies the ground floor.
