Law firm Blake Morgan has confirmed its letting of around 26,000 sq ft at Rightacres’ One Central Square scheme in Cardiff.
Blake Morgan, the product of the recent merger of Morgan Cole and Blake Lapthorn, sought a new home for the combined business.
One Central Square, the first speculative phase of the major regeneration of the area around Cardiff Central station, is due for completion in December 2015. Blake Morgan will move in during January 2016.
