Law firm Trump & Partners has signed up for 1,486 sq m (16,000 sq ft) in Scottish Widows’ refurbished office development at 1 Redcliff Street, Bristol.
The local practice is signing a 15-year lease at just under the quoting rent of £156.08 per sq m (£14.50 per sq ft).
Trump joins tenants Compuserve, Ford Motor Company and Scottish Equitable in the 13,006 sq m (140,000 sq ft) building which Scottish Widows has recently spent £4m on refurbishing. Around 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft) on two and a half floors remains.
Lipfriend Dawson and Chesterton are the letting agents while Alder King represented Trump & Partners.
