A London lawyer is set to lose her Chelsea flat after accidentally allowing it to be used as a brothel.
Fiorella Marchitelli has been accused of breaching the terms of her 987-year lease on the Westgate Terrace flat, which she had sub-let.
Rupert Foley, who owns the freehold of the block, has told a tribunal that by not doing enough to stop the “immoral activities” Marchitelli had forfeited her lease.
